Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The Pelco Solutions, LLC ("Company") Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is provided to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what is expected of them while using our services. Use of Company services constitutes acceptance and agreement to this AUP as well as the Terms of Service ("TOS").

Use of the Company services for any of the activities listed below constitutes a violation. Company, at its own discretion, reserves the right to determine if an action is a violation. In the event of a violation, Company reserves the right to terminate your service without notice.

Acceptable Use Violations

• Any illegal activity or support of illegal activity
• Transmitting of indecent or objectionable material
• Harm or attempt to harm minors
• Threats of bodily harm or destruction of property
• Harassment
• Fraudulent activity
• Forgery or impersonation of any person, identifying information or network header
• Unsolicited commercial or bulk email
• Unauthorized access, attempt to access the accounts of others, attempts to penetrate the security of this or any other network
• Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or intellectual property right infringement
• Collection or attempts to collect personal information without consent or knowledge, including phishing
• Service disruptions or attempts to disrupt service
• Intentional distribution of any virus
• Peer to Peer file sharing of unauthorized copyrighted material
• Sharing your account password with unauthorized users
• Attempting to obtain another user's account password
• Excessive use or abuse of shared network resources
• Excessive consumption of CPU, memory, and disk storage resources

Company will cooperate with investigations of security violations at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.

Reporting Acceptable Use Violations

Revisions

Company reserves the right to modify this AUP, the TOS and other policies and agreements at any time.
