Command Box Track includes the following key features.

Project Management Setup projects, list related URLs, assign project manager, assign team members, track time logs to be invoiced, previously invoiced time logs and non-billable time logs.
Issue Tracking Track issues, tasks, discussions or bugs for each project with due dates, status, priority, issue details, notes, attachments and time logs. By adding an unlimited number of notes, your team's knowledge and activities are stored as history of events that relate to the issue. Team members can view a list of their own issues or a list of all of the issue in any project that they are assigned to.
Time Logs With time logs for every issue, your billable time is easy to track and invoice. View all of the time spent on an individual issue or on an entire project. Time logs can be identified as billable or non-billable.
Email Notification Email notifications are sent to each team members when new issues, new notes or new attachments are added.
Reports Create reports on time logs for any date range, easily identify projects that need to be invoiced and display time log charts.
User Management Assign users as administrators, project managers, team members or customers. Users have different permissions based on their assignment. Customer accounts do not count as licensed users.
